Speak to the person who will actually do the work
No call centre, no service advisor relaying messages. When you ring the workshop you get a technician, and if we are mid-job we will call you back the same day.
Ways to reach us
Four ways in
Ringing is fastest. Email is best when you have photographs or a long history to explain.
- Ring the workshop07969 585530The quickest way to reach us. If we are under a bonnet, leave a message and we will ring back the same working day.
- Landline01274 317509Rings at reception. Best during quieter periods in the middle of the day.
- Emailinfo@navshiddirect.co.ukGood for detailed enquiries, photographs of a fault, or anything you would rather put in writing.
- Snapchat@NAVSHIDREMAPSDay-to-day workshop updates and completed jobs. Also fine for a quick question.
Direct Message
Send a message to our workshop
Have a specific question about TASSA immobilisers, ECU calibration, or lighting upgrades? Send us a message and a technician will get back to you with straight answers and advice.
Direct Technician Access
Every enquiry is answered by an active workshop technician, not a call handler. You get accurate technical advice on vehicle compatibility and turnaround times.
If you have your vehicle registration number and know the service you need, our 3-step quote configurator calculates exact package options.

The workshop is closed on Fridays and open all day Saturday and Sunday. We work one vehicle at a time, so walk-ins usually cannot be fitted in the same day. Please ring ahead and we will find you a slot.
Parking
Customer parking is available at the unit. If it is full when you arrive there is on-street parking directly outside on Girlington Road. Please do not block the workshop shutter, as vehicles need to come in and out through the day.

Be ready
Six things to have to hand
Having these ready turns a vague conversation into a firm quote, usually on the first call.
- Your registration number, so we can identify the exact engine and gearbox variant
- The mileage, and roughly when it was last serviced
- What the car is actually doing, and when it does it
- Any warning lights currently showing on the dashboard
- What has already been replaced or attempted elsewhere
- Whether the vehicle is on finance, lease or still under manufacturer warranty
Rather write it down?
The quote form walks you through the same questions in three short steps and takes about a minute on a phone. It reaches us the moment you submit it, and we come back with a firm price rather than a range.
Open the quote formEnquiring about something specific?
Reading the service page first usually answers half the questions and makes the call a lot shorter.

One phone call is usually enough to know where you stand
